ORDERING INSTRUCTIONS: Please add $15.95 per order (unless otherwise noted) for postage and handling. Flextrack orders add $16.95 postage. Turntable orders add $25.00 postage. Canadian orders add $18.00 postage/handling. Hawaii, Alaska, APO, FPO orders add $18.00. US funds only. Foreign orders add 20% for postage. Some oversize items/packages may be assessed additional shipping charges. Prices subject to change without notice. Some items may be in short supply, others are custom-made (and non-returnable) after your order is received and extra time is required for delivery. Your order is processed as quickly as possible, but sometimes delays from suppliers will delay your order. Returns must be authorized first. All returns, if authorized, are subject to oral or written permission and a re-stocking charge of 25%.

Illinois residents add 10% sales tax. We ship mostly US Postal Service or UPS, so include street address with your order. Our location does not allow customers to browse, but arrangements can be made to visit if you wish to buy a significant amount of merchandise and call ahead first.

VISA/MASTERCARD accepted for orders of $25 or more. Send order with your card number, signature, 3-digit code (on back of card) and card expiration date. Also, please send your telephone number where you can be reached during the day and an e-mail address for easy access.

NOTE ON FOREIGN ORDERS: We cannot accept foreign orders through Pay Pal, so please email us with your order and credit card information, fax us at 708-366-1973 or call us at 708-366-1973. When supplying Visa or Mastercard information, include the card number, expiration date and the three-digit code on the back of the card. Thank you.

ABOUT ORDERING: Scenery Unlimited is the largest distributor of S scale products anywhere. It is a full-time business, and ships packages throughout the United States and the world every day.

  While we don’t stock everything available in S, we have the largest inventory of S gauge anywhere. If you want something you don’t see in this catalog, and it is available from Wm. K. Walthers in Milwaukee, we can get it for you. We always welcome special orders.

We are American Flyer dealers and repair American Flyer. We service many makes of trains—S scale, S scale brass, American Flyer (Gilbert-made and Lionel-made), Lionel O gauge and standard gauge and others. We do not sell repair parts, however.

Please note that some items are ordered for you on a custom basis and are non-returnable. All returns are subject to oral or written permission and a 25% re-stocking charge.

Telephone orders are welcome between 9 a.m. and 4:15 p.m. (CST) Monday through Friday. VISA and Mastercard are honored when orders total $25.00 or more.

We don’t have a showroom, but if you are going to be in the neighborhood, phone ahead for an appointment. We try to accommodate customers who wish to place large in-person orders; otherwise we encourage you to phone or mail in your orders because of time constraints.

We have one of the largest lines of S gauge supplies in the world, and our catalog reflects that. Our lines are continually growing and changing, and prices can always change due to a manufacturer’s increased costs, thus we cannot guarantee prices in the catalog. If prices increase, we’ll pass those increases onto the customer. If you want something not shown or listed, we often can get it for you. Let us know what you want.
